Whether you are a promoter of night club events or concerts WIARD FM can help you communicate your promotional campaign to the widest possible audience via our Promoter’s Affinity Marketing Programme (PAMP).

The benefits of partnering with us are as follows:

• your event will be listed in our Events directory free of charge
• the WIARD FM website is fully optimised for search engines and as a result your listing will feature highly in Search Engine Results Pages (or SERPs)
• ability to communicate your event across the geographical scope of the entire East (and West) Midlands
• your promotions company will have its own profile page on the WIARD FM site and this profile page will contain a link pointing towards your website. Because the WIARD FM website is Search Engine Optimised (SEO’ed) search engines will regard these links as being of high quality and so they will contribute to boosting your own website(page)’s SERPs ranking
• your event could be featured in our newsletters which will be mailed to our database which covers the geographical scope of the East (and West) Midlands and beyond
• as a partner you will gain access to the network of talented students that work on the WIARD FM magazine (via WIARD Promotions) and are also studying in creative disciplines. Through this network you can have industry standard media work carried out at half the market rate!

Requirements of PAMP

In order to become an official partner of WIARD FM, and qualify for acceptance on our Promoter’s Affinity Marketing Programme (PAMP), you must first agree to adhere to the the following criteria:

• place the logo and URL of WIARD FM on the promotional material of any events listing in our directory. Links to the logo image can be found here; logo with glow & logo without glow.
• The specifications of images should be; image (both flyer front and back) width of 800px, resolution of 96dpi maximum or 72dpi minimum.
• place a link on your website pointing towards the WIARD FM website
• agree to allow free entry for any persons that are working on behalf of WIARD FM in order to provide online coverage (i.e. record video footage, take photographs etc - please note we will get confirmation from you in advance of any event we wish to cover.)
• agree to take part in any occasional marketing/research campaign we may run (i.e fill in questionnaires and surveys)
